La-Z-Boy Contract Furniture Limited Lifetime Warranty

La-Z-Boy Contract Furniture warrants the products it manufactures against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the life of the product to the original purchaser, and only when they have been used for the original purpose, and providing the product is still covered in its original textile. This warranty is void in cases of damage in transit, negligence, abuse, abnormal usage, misuse, accidents, modifications made by customer, and/or improper maintenance. All other express or implied warranties made by agents, dealers, sales representatives or any other representatives, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use, are hereby excluded.

La-Z-Boy Contract Furniture's sole obligation shall be to repair or replace any defective product or components covered under this warranty, including shipping and labor, during this warranty period. In no event shall La-Z-Boy Contract Furniture be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, including lost profits or revenues incurred by the customer with respect to any goods furnished by La-Z-Boy Contract Furniture. Expenses incurred by customer in repairing or replacing La-Z-Boy's product must be approved in writing by La-Z-Boy. This warranty is only valid for products manufactured and/or shipped after November 1, 2006.

Because of natural variations in materials over which La-Z-Boy Contract Furniture has no control, this warranty does not extend to upholstery, leather, wood grain, or color and texture of wood. This warranty does not apply to COM's, COL's, or any special fabric that La-Z-Boy Contract Furniture purchases on behalf of the customer. This warranty does not cover any upholstery in regards to durability, color fastness, stretching, or shrinkage beyond what the cover supplier/manufacturer extends to us.

In the event a product has to be returned to the factory for verification of a defect, it must be pre-approved in writing by the factory and accompanied with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form, freight pre-paid, and a copy of the original invoice with the date and name of original purchaser. This warranty is only valid to the original purchaser.

This warranty is applicable only to those components actually manufactured by La-Z-Boy Contract Furniture. La-Z-Boy Contract Furniture will extend the exact same warranty to our customer from the supplier of purchased component parts, mechanisms, casters, pneumatic lifts, chair controls, foam, and textiles.
